One of our favorite Filipino pastries!!! These classic Filipino tarts are given out as gifts during holidays or special occasions. The crust is baked crisp, flaky and tastes butter-like and absolutely melt in your mouth. these homemade goodies are easy to make and a pleasure to give to friends wrapped in colored cellophane and packed in decorative boxes or tins. hope you like it!! let me know 😊😉

Tart Shell dough:
3 cups all purpose flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 large Egg
220g Chilled butter (not too soft, not too hard)
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 can (390g) Condensed Milk
1/4 Roasted Crushed Peanuts and more for garnish
3 Large Egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
bake in preheated oven 180℃ for about 13-16 minutes or until set.
