All Purpose Flour ( 2 3/4 cup flour )
White Sugar ( 1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Melted Butter ( 1/2 STICK)
180 gr Warm Milk ( 3/4 cup )
1 Medium Egg
11g Instant Dry Yeast ( 1 packet yeast)
If the dough is a bit sticky you can add 1-2 tbsp additional flour
(DO NOT add more than that though, the dough must be soft. Check video for consistency)
softened Butter (1/2 stick)
Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
1½ tbsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Glaze:
Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 1/2 cup Cream Cheese)
Powdered Sugar ( 1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp of Milk ( add milk and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk.)
If you want more glaze, double the glaze recipe.
Bake in a Preheated oven at 180℃ for about 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned.
