You need: 4 Large Egg Yolks 1 Cup cake flour or (All Purpose Flour) 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt ½ cup fresh milk ¼ cup Oil Vanilla ( optional) 4 Egg Whites ¼ Cream of Tartar (or vinegar, lemon juice) ¼ Cup Sugar TOPPINGS: Melted Butter Sugar Grated Cheese CELLO PLASTIC SCOTCH TAPE THANK you stickers 😊 Bake in Preheated oven at 160°C-170°C around 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Tips: *Use a Mamon Liners so that it will be easier to remove the cake from the Tin Molds *Do not Over Mix the batter to avoid too much air bubbles. *Do not open the oven while baking *Sift your dry ingredients for a light, airy, spongy, fluffy Mamon.
