Ingredients: White Mousse/ Chocolate Mousse : 400ml + 500ml Chilled Whipping Cream (I used 35% Fat) 1/2 Tbsp Butter + 100g Unsweetened Chocolate (Chopped and Melted) 2 Tbsp Whipping Cream Moist Chocolate Cake for Base: 2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup White Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3/4 Cup Oil (I used vegetable oil) 2 Large eggs (you can use 3pcs for small eggs) 11/2 Tbsp Coffee dissolved in 11/4 Cup Warm Water 1/2 tsp Vinegar + 1 cup Fresh Milk 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 to 1/2 cup each Foil Tray Bake Time : 150ºC for 20 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean. Cool Completely before layering the Whipped Cream/ Mousse - For Moist Choco Cake- 1 or 2 (8 inch) Round Cake Pan. Use the exact same ingredients, Bake at 170ºC 30 to 35 Minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean.
